We have core principles that guide us in our Property Management division based upon our Group business strategy of:

With our roots in Employee relocation, we understand the balance between the bill payer (our client) and the end-user (our assignee / tenant / occupant) and how sometimes they may conflict as the client manages the budget and the customer expects the service standards they are seeking.

Our Standards
ISO9001: 2015
We have continuously held this Quality Management standard (or its equivalent) since 1984. We are externally audited by BSi and we have 10 internal audits undertaken a year.
Cyber Essentials Plus
We have been externally audited to ensure that our systems and data is as secure as we can make it.
ISO14001
For many years, we held ISO14001, the Environmental Standard but we let it lapse when it became too expensive to have external audits. However, we remain committed to reducing our Carbon Footprint through positive action in reducing waste, using LED lights, recycling, reducing print, using electric company cars and by planting trees to join small woods together as wildlife corridors.
Doing Business with HCR
Landlords: Our Local Authority clients are always seeking property for their tenants and in return will offer guaranteed rent and sometimes even incentive payments. If you are looking for a guaranteed income from your property, let through a reputable property management company like HCR who will manage the end-to-end letting service and property management, please email us.
We take care of the tenants, the repair and maintenance of your property, and of course the rent. We ideally like 3–5-year tenancies – so you can plan your investment with a clear idea of your income and the asset protection we offer.
Contractors & Tradespeople: We always strive to provide value for money to our clients and we do look for tried and tested contractors across a wide range of specialist services. We always check your accreditation, legal compliance requirements and that you have a current and appropriate insurance cover.
